CO2 Peel Nightmare

I had a CO2 peel with Dr. Smith in 2006 and the results were beyond fantastic. I wanted the same procedure, and since Dr. Smith was retired, I was scheduled with Dr. Bovenzi. I was told that the technology was more advanced than what had in 2006. At no time was I told that the results would not be similar. After the procedure, there was some initial peeling but nothing much that benefitted my skin. In fact, as weeks went by, not only was there no improvement in my skin, I had white bumps like small to medium white balls form under my skin, all over my face. I have been in contact with the office and sent photos that showed the damage to my skin. I traveled to Denver from another country to have this procedure, and I regret it. I do not know how I am going to get rid of the damage to my skin and the office is unresponsive. Don’t waste thousands of dollars on this procedure like I did.
