CO2 laser

I’m posting each days progression.
At this point, I think it was worth
It although I contend that a pain medication (vicodin, Percocet, etc) should be used right before the treatment.
That’s the main advice I could give anyone. Oh, and that you do not need high priced creams for the procedure. I’m so glad I stood my ground and didn’t purchase the $180 worth of products they tried to sell me.

CO2 Fractional with PRP- What Do You Think?

This was my first time for any invasive procedure.
I did my research and after talking to patients of this doctor, I had it done.
I have normal to dry skin; never had acne issues, have had A LOT of sun exposure (child of the 70’s) and didn’t start a real skin regiment until 50. However, I always thought I had good skin.
My main goal was decreased eye crapieness, decreased under eye bags, tighter and firmer skin.
The doctor applied a large amount of numbing cream and gave several (and painful) lidocaine injections inside my mouth. I took the 2mg lorazepam and I paid for nitrous oxide (laughing gas).
After reading how other docs prep their patients, I think he should of had me take Vicodin, Norco, etc. What do you think?
The laughing gas ran out and the pain was a 9 out of 10. This caused me to flinch.
I went home, took the antibiotic and acyclovir and went to bed.
The next day I started the post routine and basically melded the one from dr. Joe Niamantu (love that face.com) and my doctor.
Of course, dr joe suggests using Vanicream or aquaphore products and my doctor wanted me to buy very expensive grade (obagi, image) products from him. I chose the simple, least expensive oute.
Another difference is I didn’t go home in salve or with ice nor did either doctor call for ice. I was very swollen the next day. I did do the vinegar baths.
I’m uploading pictures; please tell me what you think of each day.
