Amazing Overall Experience

I want to start by giving Dr. Brace, Alyssa, Jocelyn, Kelly, Gigi, Brittany, and everyone at the office who I've interacted with over the past five months a huge thank you! My experience at the clinic has been fantastic. I underwent CO2 laser and Profound RF back in November, 2025, and I am close to the 6-month recovery mark. I've noticed a dramatic improvement in my acne scars and overall skin health since then, and it has given me a huge confidence boost. Everyone has been super welcoming and extremely helpful with my questions and concerns over the past few months, and I am so appreciative for that. Alyssa made the Profound RF experience very comfortable (literally no pain), and she was super lovely to talk to through the procedure. That helped calm my nerves a good deal. She was also super knowledgeable about the procedure and related skin treatments, including how she avoids complications (which I can safely say all were avoided). Dr. Brace came in next with a super efficient go at the CO2 laser. While I can't say it is entirely painless, I was expecting a lot worse pain during the procedure, so another thank you to Alyssa for her incredible numbing technique, and for Dr. Brace in being so efficient with the process. The team has helped talk me through any potential worries I had during and post-procedure, and I had VBeam done with Kelly at the 3-month mark to help manage some lingering redness. Overall, I can't say more positive things about my experience at Guelph Facial Plastics. I would certainly recommend Dr. Brace and his team to everyone, and I would definitely be back in the future!
