In office procedure, quick and painless. Day of and the swelling has diminished significantly/almost completely gone in right ear. My left ear is slightly more swollen, but that's due to the fact my left earlobe was slightly larger than the right one. Both Dr. Sattler and Ms. Cooper made sure I was comfortable and pain free the entire procedure. I'm currently completely pain free, no post op over the counter medication necessary.

Dr. Scott Sattler and Ms. Jayce Cooper are extremely welcoming, friendly, consistent and thorough. I felt very comfortable during the entire procedure. They answered all of my questions before, during and post surgery. I'm scheduled for a follow up next week, and I'm sure they will be just as great.
