2 1/2 years after makeover changes (lost more weight)

Being close to my weight goal when doing the makeover was really good for my results overall. About a year ago, I decided I wanted to be strong and not just skinny so I started lifting weights. I would not have the abs I have now without the tummy tuck and the muscle repair. It may have come eventually but I love seeing it anyway. However, it did affect my breast lift with implants. Obviously loosing fat through the whole body is a good thing for long term health but it sucks for my boobs. Of course we women can notice even the slightest changes so while loosing fat/gaining muscle is a wonderful thing, it certainly changes some things. The good out weigh the bad! That said, I wish I had been at my weight goal when I had my surgery but from then until now is only about an 8 lb difference but the fat loss and muscle changes make it seem like more. There are days I love my decision until it comes to wanting to wear a low cut bikini but those days are few and far between!
Either way, anyone who has had this surgery and works to maintain know it wasn’t an “easy way out”. It’s extremely hard work to maintain or even get “better” and boost your fitness after.
For scars, my surgeon was very skilled but I also used embrace and sunscreen under swimsuits on scars when outside for the first summer the following year to get the best results possible.

18 month follow up!

So my breast scars healed amazing. I’ve got the breasts I wanted 100%. Dr. Plovier met every expectation I had. For something that isn’t his fault at all is my tummy tuck scar. I moved to a tropical island 6 months post surgery. I’m afraid that my sunscreen and covering up my scar at all times didn’t work as well as I hoped. I even put sunscreen on under my clothes or swimsuit. I don’t know if it’s still healing or just discoloured. I’m hoping it’s just discoloured and using bio oil may help. I’ll have another update in 3 months with the bio oil.

It's been a while!

No new changes except lightening of the scars! It's still 3 months until a year anniversary for my surgery. My breasts look amazing and the scarring is what I hoped for and not done yet! I moved to a tropical island so I'm still keeping my scars covered from the sun. Unfortunately my tummy tuck scar ended up too high so I'm not able to wear a regular bikini but that's no fault of Dr. Plovier. He's beyond skilled but I think I was right at that edge of having not enough skin to pull lower. These pics don't make me look too curvy but I am. I workout a lot still and finally getting abs coming through. Don't mind my granny panties, it was laundry day! Haha!

You can not find a better doctor or staff in Europe. His staff is wonderfully sweet and caring and I love his work! Je takes his time to mark you up before surgery, doesn't have the kindest bedside manner but then again, I'm not paying for him to mother me, I'm paying him for his work. His nurses take care of that part. He's very focused on his job and you want him to be. My scars on my lift are barely visible while my tummy tuck is still healing but looks great. He knows what he is doing!
