So-yes, I'm happy. I really can't wait for my nipple to look more round, but that is coming I know. To me, in these pics my boobs don't look as even as they do in real life. Maybe its how I'm holding the phone, but again, in real life they are even :)

Your boobies look great!! I just had a lift done on December 19th and I hope my boobs look as good as yours one year from now! Would you mind me asking what is your current bra size?
I'm a C now. You know how some bras fit differently? I had a D on that fit and I almost freaked, but most of my stuff is C. And really, the only reason I wear on is to not look all nipply. I love not wearing a bra and they don't move!! IT'S AWESOME!
I just finished reading your full review and I love all the recommendations and updates, thank you for sharing! You mentioned applying Neosporin, BioOil, Tamaru oil, Coconut oil so is there ones you found helped to most or anything else you used to help heal and fad scars? Also you mentioned wearing "superbras" for working out (once you were cleared to start) do you remember which brands did you like the most? I can't even imagine walking around in public with a cute top without a bra, that will be probably weird at first but very freeing!
You know...my doc said that nothing is going to make the scars go away faster. I don't know which of the things I used was 'Best'. I liked them all. I think that keeping the area well hydrated is key. Time and staying OUT OF THE SUN is important. I would put sunscreen on my scars under my bikini. Underarmor for bra? Really what I meant was something we used to wear-you know what I mean? The one that straps everything in and you can hardly breathe?? Probably not necessary though :) You will love going braless!!

The end result looks fantastic! I've noticed your bottom incisions are shorter than what I've seen other women have. I've seen others where the incisions are longer under the boobs on each end. I would love to have results like yours :)
I think what determines the size of the incisions is the amount of tissue taken. I told my surgeon that I'd be ok with bigger scars if it got me what I wanted. I have massaged the scars a LOT, even though it hurts. :(

I have boobs now--not hard lumps and I've gone without wearing a bra on several occasions. UNHEARD OF! And awesome.
My scars are lighter and lighter. I still have an odd shaped nipple, but that too is getting better with time.
Can't believe it's been a year, thats for sure.

Wow. Autocorrect fail! What I meant to say is I also see a very noticeable difference in size.
;) Yeah, don't worry about size difference for a WHILE, ok? They will even out and soften and all that stuff but it takes months. Stay hydrated and I used neosporin and coconut oil a LOT. Among other stuff I listed in my review. Congrats girl!
Your breasts look amazing! What did you use for your scars? Did you steri-tape for an extended time? Did your surgeon reposition fat to the upper part of your breasts or was this just a kilo of breast tissue with a standard keyhole cut and lollipop close?
Hi there! Thanks! I used a bunch of stuff for the scars--I think I put most of what I used in the review. Neosporin at first Bio Oil Tamanu oil Coconut oil My doc said there is no particular scar treament other than TIME and staying out of the sun. I also think keeping them moist and massaging helps. I still sunscreen them if I'm in a bathing suit. I wore the steri strips until they fell off--didn't force them off. No fat repositioning--and I hate to say I'm not sure exactly how he did the lift. Scars!

So some days the scars aren't as bad as others. With activity, of course, they redden. I really, really think the Tamanu oil is a great help.
I use sunscreen on them and lotion and all the stuff I think I ought to. I do still have a funky left nipple, but I believe it is starting to flatten out more. TIME heals all but for impatients like me, it's tough ;)
