I am 21 years old finally going through with my dream of implants. I have 0 children, and great family support. I currently wear a 32A, but have become sucked into spending $80 on bras for "double" cup size, extra padding knowing its not what i was born with. So I have already chose a doctor and am making payments as we speak. I am looking at a 325cc saline implants! Less than a year away

As medical personnel in this specific hospital department with newborns, teaching moms, and personal experience, it can be very difficult to successfully breast feed with common severed nerves that allow oxytocin to allow breast ejection reflex to occur. I fed my first two children with full success and after my implants I was unable to successfully breast-feed my third child and I had to be ordered compounded quite expensive oxytocin nasal spray and use right while I pumped and had to pump then give through a bottle just to get as much breastmilk as I could...so that’s something to consider if you are going to have children BEFORE you have breast augmentation. I would personally wait until all children are had to get breast augmentation just my full experience and experience with other patients, working with lactation consultants, and there can be difficulty having them done before having children. Plus the likelihood that they will look better after all children are better so no problems occur in the future with the breast make up & the body‘s way pregnancy and the how the breast changes through pregnancy.. But he is fabulous and I am super satisfied with all of my results is a wonderful doctor with great results, and I know that even more from people I know/personnel that worked with him in the OR. He’s great(!) so just a bit of advice so you could successfully breast-feed with no problems and perhaps wait till after your breasts have weaned from breast-feeding to look better and not jeopardize the implant’s will look once they are in. ❤️

I was talking to an associate the other day and I got onto the subject of my breast augmentation. I was so worried that i was going to be judged... little did i know she had about 5 cosmetic surgeries! We went from being associates to friends with just that conversation. Made me feel good to know that this subject should be heared because it changes people's lives for the best.
