I am so nervous. I have been wanting this for quite some time and after some recent events decided it is time for me to get this done. I have had one c-section and massive weight fluctuations. I once weighed 233 lbs and now 170 with a goal of 150. I have A LOT of excess skin and want it gone so I can exercise without chunks of skin flapping.

Nervous beyond belief. I keep looking in the mirror thinking what I am going to look like when this is all done. I know there is what "I think" and the reality of what I will look like after the tummy tuck.
Does anyone have any tips for the few days after surgery? I plan on moving my recliner into the bedroom, bought some jello to make.

Hi, TT same day as you. Nervous and excited too. Every time I'm in my bathroom I take a look and re convince myself I should be doing this! Are you getting muscle repair too? I just hope I'm not hunched like a 90yr old on Christmas Day ;)

I agree! All I got to do is look in the mirror and know I am doing the right thing for me. I have struggled with my personal imagine since having kids and been so down on how I look. I am really ready for this change. Yes I am also getting my muscles repaired. Hopefully one day I can do sit-ups.

Well still no extra pounds off.. holding steady at 170. I was really hoping to hit 165 or 160 before surgery. My nerves are through the roof. I am trying my best to watch what I eat. I have gone shopping and purchased a pj set that is flannel and opens in the front for surgery day. Hopefully will keep me warm in this cold Cleveland weather. I have my hospital bag already packed with all my scrips, clothes, and instructions. I have been taking the vitamins as instructed and right now ready for TT-day
