I've added a few photos so you can judge for yourself. Dr G has been sculpting my face for the past 8 years. I look and feel better than I imagined possible, and appreciate the continued commitment despite my diminishing flaws.

Wow! Such amazing work. You look beautiful. His work always has this 'whole' quality to it. nothing eclipses another feature or facial plane. each feature and facial plane relates gently and naturally to the other.

I've been seeing Dr. Guyuron for the past six...
I've been seeing Dr. Guyuron for the past six years, and couldn't be happier. I've had 10+ surgeries thus far with multiple procedures each, both cosmetic and migraine. Everything looks remarkably natural and I get compliments on the way I look constantly, and my migraines have decreased significantly.
He is equally skilled at making subtle refinements to perfect an already attractive face, as he is with dramatic changes and correcting deformities. He has an incredible eye for what looks good, and the skill to make it happen. Dr. Guyuron is absolutely brilliant. He is in a class of his own and frequently travels around the world teaching other surgeons.
The level of service is continued with his entire staff, all of whom knowledgable, organized, and pleasant to work with.
Besides his skill, Dr. Guyuron is truly kind, compassionate and genuinely wants his patients to be happy and have a good result. I feel fortunate to have found him so young when I was first considering plastic surgery. A potentially nerve-wraking experience is made so easy knowing I'm in the best hands possible. I am eternally grateful for the positive impact Dr. Guyuron has had on me.

i couldn't agree more! particularly the part about making subtle refinements and also correcting major deformities/giving dramatic results. he can narrow his focus when needed and pull back to look at the larger picture. shifting focus like that is what gives sensational results.

Thank you for posting there aren't very many reviews for Dr. Guyuron on here. I was wondering if Dr. Guyuron performed a rhinoplasty on you?
I am interested in going to him for a very complicated revision most likely with rib.

Yes, thanks for your review!! I am turning 50 next month and just discovered Dr. Guyuron. I am having migraine surgery as well. I asked him what he might do to "refresh" my look. I've never smoked, but sun has done a number on me from my younger years. So he is going to do a minor lower face lift along with the migraine surgery. My costs are WAYYY higher than $6000 though. I still think its worth it, I have suffered from migraines for 30 years, and I literally cired when I met him - finally a "cure" . But my boyfriend is worried I will look like Kenny Rogers!! Have you been migraine free since surgery? How was your recovery? thanks for taking the time to answer!

I'm glad you finally found Dr. Guyuron to help with your migraines! Mine have decreased significantly after the surgery, from 8-9 days a month to about 1, if that. My recovery was not bad at all, I can usually resume normal activity the next day and most swelling/bruising goes down within about a week, but I'm guessing yours would be a little longer because of the facelift. I don't think you have to worry about a "kenny rogers" look, all of Dr. Guyuron's patients that I've seen look very natural. He just recently did rhinoplasty and fat injections on a friend of mine, and I couldn't believe what a difference it made!

Can we see before and after so we can compare? We don't even know what was performed and improved upon . Can you be more specific ? This review seems a bit strange

Totally. I feel like this about a lot of surgeons pages . I won't name names because this comment will then probably not meet guidelines and will be deleted :-) Guyeron is supposed to be a very good surgeon too. It's funny because the supposed great surgeons have no pic reviews ever.

I posted my pictures because of comments regarding none of the good reviews including photos.
A before is not as relevant in my case as it would be from 8 years ago, though I can get it from the office if it is enough of a controversy. My point was to show that even after having many procedures on most of my face, I have a natural, harmonious result that I'm very happy with.
It appears the quality of his work may have backfired in making my review seem fake; it is not.

Of course it's relevant. Pics are important to prove surgery done with this doctor, and to see work done? and improvements . You werent even specific as to what was done . Plus, you look very young to have had 10+ surgeries already.

I should not have to defend myself and prove anything as I am already putting myself in a vulnerable position by posting an honest review about a controversial topic with my full name and pictures. It's become more clear to me now why fewer happy patients post photos.
I am currently (and in the photos) 25 and started to have surgery at 18. I do not wish for my face to be deeply scrutinized, my intention in posting photos was to show that Dr. Guyuron has an exceptional eye for what looks good and produces aesthetically pleasing, natural results.
As far as I could remember, I've had: rhinoplasty, fat injections in my nasolabial folds, marionette lines, lips, under eyes, sub malar area and chin, endoscopic cheek lift, temple augmentation, brow lift along with non-visible procedures for migraines, fat removal from one side of my face, and vein removal. Many areas have been worked on multiple times or one side at a time with subtle improvements after each surgery.

We are not here to offend you by any means . This site is very iffy, and we are trying to protect ourselves against any fake reviews because there are a lot on this site. We want to make a good decisions . It has nothing to do with you and picking your looks apart. We think you're beautiful, that's why we were asking what was done. We need details . Your here to show surgeons work , but you were never detailed on to what it was. People go off of before and afters, that's all. This community gives support, it's not here to tear people down .

I would need to go to him for a 4 time revision. I went to see him and unfortunately I hate the morph that he did. I guess I should talk to him about it.
