I just made my appointment at the Feng Clinic for fractora (combo of microneedling and thermage)! It's so exciting to think that I might be able to feel comfortable in my skin without makeup. I have a breakout near my lips, so Dr. Feng has prescribed me an oral anti-viral as well as an oral antibiotic for the procedure. Getting it filled at CVS tonight.
I'm curious to know if anyone has tips on the pain level? I have a ton of tattoos and a high pain tolerance... but you know, the face is sensitive...

Her regimen: arnica (anti-inflammatory) 2 tablets 3 times a day, plus bromelain. They were out of stock on the bromelain today, so I'm going to pick some up at Trader Joe's. I have to discontinue my topical clindamycin one day before the treatment (no big deal since going vegan has totally changed my endocrine system lol.)
