Dr. Leedy took me on when other doctors said that there was nothing left they could do for me. I was looking for further reduction in a slight but noticeable areola protrusion on my chest, and Dr. Leedy was confident from the start that he could achieve the results I was looking for. He was extremely friendly and helpful from the consult all the way through the follow-up appointments. He also answered any questions I had and explained the procedure in great detail.
As for the procedure itself, mine was done under local anesthesia. Dr. Leedy and his professional staff made me feel comfortable the entire time and explained every step of what they were doing. My procedure was done in about an hour, and I was able to drive myself home. I was able to go to work the next day, and I experienced very little to no pain during the entire recovery process. Dr. Leedy had me wear a compression vest for a couple weeks, which helped reduce the swelling quickly. I was back to doing full activities about three weeks after the procedure. The whole thing was as about as painless as it could have been. Everything that Dr. Leedy said would happen did.
I never felt rushed or "out of time" when I spent any time with Dr. Leedy and his staff. I couldn't recommend Dr. Leedy more for people who experienced what I did. I only wish I would have found him sooner!
