58 Year-old suffering from RBF, Facelift, Necklift, Browlift, Lower Blepharoplasty and Fat Graft to Lips - Cleveland, OH

So, I decided having eyebrows tattooed in place would finish off. Glad I did it. They are easier to maintain. However, I am disappointed how much volume I have lost in my lips since all the swelling has subsided. I would like to know if I can have a filler injected on top of the fat grafting? I think I would wait about 6 months and then would want to finish off with that.

Today is my 1 month anniversary. I am happy with my results. I am certainly still healing and am posting some graphic pictures of my scars. I had my 1 month post op check with Dr. Leedy today and learned something new. The internal scars take about 6 weeks to "peak" so, my neck bumps will improve over time. I had planned to do a drastic change to my hair, but now I am much calmer and will wait until my neck has more time to heal as I am considering a chin length bob. I have some red scars still at my hairline which I am posting and some internal bumps on my neck. I will wait for those to continue to improve. I could not be happier with my lips, never had them before and I am so enjoying LIPSTICK!! Today's picture I am wearing my normal make up without any cover up on my scars. Pre-op I would wear tinted sunscreen with a cream blush, eyeliner, mascara, brow pencil/browscara. This is what I am wearing today. Until my scars heal, I will wear some cover up over the red and it seems to work well.

Today I return to my busy travel schedule. On travel days, I go scant on make-up. Sunscreen, mascara, some tinted chapstick. I am so very happy that I asked for extra volume in my lips. Scaring is still more evident in my hairline but I am confident this is going to fade. Same with chin.
