Clear V - I didn't notice any change in the veins

I had Clear V treatment for some undereye veins. I didnt notice any change in the veins and several months later , I have noticed darker , new veins that appeared. I also was told it would not dissolve any of the filler that was already placed in my under eye area a month before. Within 2 weeks , there was significant areas where the filler was gone and had to be redone.
