Starting Tray 15/19
So I'm maybe 3/4 of way through depending on whether refinements are required. Photo before and during tray 14 so you can see the changes. Had attachments put on for tray 3 on 4 of front teeth( they have gone a bit yellow after drinking tea and coffee!) Changing trays every 10 days. Bit of a pain remembering to put them back in after eating drinking but it's not really a bit deal anymore! Sore for first 24 hrs after tray change.
