Reviews you can trust, from real people like you.
How it works
- Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
- This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
- Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.
- Reviews are only removed at the reviewer's request or if they violate our Terms of Service.
If you have questions or believe we should re-evaluate a published review, let us know.

They Don’t Care About Their Patients
Do not use their services!
I received my implants almost 6 years ago. Things were fine until my lower implant became loose and later became completely detached from my mouth. I made an appt when I was back in CA to have the lower implants reinserted, which would’ve involved just screwing the implant back in (assuming no other complications). I assumed this would be done for no charge, after all this has been promoted as a “permanent” solution.
They told me there was a 5-year warranty, yet my paperwork made no mention of a warranty. I had paid $63,000 for my implants and I couldn’t believe it when they told me there would be up to a $400 charge to have my lowers screwed back in (I had the screws). This could‘be been a 10-minute procedure. When I objected to having to pay for it, they reduced the price to $150 (eliminating the cleaning and other services they wanted me to pay for). It’s hard to believe they wanted to charge me anything! When I mentioned that to them they became very nasty and so I left their office with my lowers in hand.
You may think $400 or $150 is nothing compared to the $63,000 I had paid. But my financial situation has completely changed. I’m retired now and live 100% off my social security, and there’s no money left over to pay for additional expenses like this. Besides, they never told me there was a warranty period.
A normal business practice that cares about their customers would have realized that charging $150 to any customer that made probably the 1st or 2nd largest purchase of their life was petty.
It’s apparent that the only thing they’re interested in is making more money, no matter how much you’ve already paid them. It’s an attitude that shows that money comes first and their parents come last, as is reinforced by some other reviews I’ve read. I would strongly suggest you look someplace else for your dental work.
