Consultation review: does not accept dental insurance

ORIGINAL POST

Scam Artists

Made an appointment with Clear Choice for a consultation for implants after seeing their commercial on tv. Filled out all the new patient paperwork online immediately. The DAY of my appointment and ONE HOUR before my appointment time, they called and left me a voice mail stating that I had 2 more forms to fill out. The individual stated that one form was for COVID, and the other form was my acknowledgement that Clear Choice DOES NOT ACCEPT DENTAL INSURANCE!!!!! WHAT???????? I immediately canceled my consultation appointment!!! If they sent me that form to fill out from the very beginning, I would have NEVER made an appointment for a consultation.

THANK YOU FOR TRYING TO SCAM ME CLEAR CHOICE!!!!!!

I total agree! Same here - Clear Choice DOES NOT ACCEPT DENTAL INSURANCE!!!!! I was totally surprised when I scheduled an appointment with Clear Choice to find out when I was filling out the 'extra' forms that "Clear Choice DOES NOT ACCEPT DENTAL INSURANCE!" I was very upset because I spent a lot of time reviewing Clear Choice's website to get all the information I needed to feel confident that this implant company was ligament. No where on Clear Choice's website do they mention that Clear Choice DOES NOT ACCEPT DENTAL INSURANCE! I am sure now that was intentional. This implant company - Clear Choice does NOT tell the complete TRUTH about their policies. It glamourizes their position by showing pictures of people who have a nice smile after getting their implants. But no where does the Clear Choice website mention they DO NOT ACCEPT DENTAL INSURANCE. I found out after I checked in and have to fill out more paperwork - forms in addition to the multiple forms I had already completed online? I guess they expect their patients to have $20-$40K before they will give you the time of day. Don't Walk, but RUN AWAY from Clear Choice!
