If I knew then what I know now I would have never used a chain/franchise for my dental needs! “Incompetence” runs rampant throughout the entire practice. The dentists lack “experience” and “communication” skills! It’s all about $$$ and not your wellbeing!! Hope I can save someone from a costly stressful nightmare!
