Finally Straightening out my Overcrowded Teeth!

Sorry for the giant gap in my updates. I could not remember my login info. On step 11 of 17 now and I am finally seeing big changes! Attached are the pictures and there’s a big noticeable improvement in my bottom teeth compared to the first pictures I uploaded. This makes me so excited towards what the final outcome will be. They have had to file my teeth a little bit to make room for movement since my mouth is small and crowded, but I’m just glad this was something I was finally able to do. This last aligner has been one of the tightest in a while and I’ve had it on just 3 days and I haven’t been able to get rid of the lisp yet, but I see that a good thing since tightness means more movement. Yes the bottom looks much straighter. Congrats and you’re over halfway done.

Here are the pics on second day of aligner #4. Like I said, I see no significant difference and you can see all the extra space

Me and you started around the same time. I got my first liners on November 3. They told me I have 14 aligners to complete the process. They said they will have to review at the end of the 14 to see if there are any adjustments needed. They told me most likely I’ll be completely done by summer of next year. Right now I am in on alligner 3 and I will be starting alligner 4 on Monday which is in two days from now.
Hang in there and hopefully things get better all around. And just an FYI, changing alligners before sleep is an easier way to transition from alligner to alligner.

Hey me too. Just started 5 today. I have noticed minor changes but nothing major. I’m waiting for that wow factor to hit. I’ll be moving to alligner 6 beginning of year. Here’s the positives besides the minor small movement in teeth: better dental hygiene, lost some fat/weight by eating less times throughout the day, building patience & duscipline with the daily alligner care. So though I’m not seeing the wow factor yet on my teeth, these other areas are encouraging me to stay the course.
Hey how’s it going? Any progress? I’m on tray 12 and 2 more to go! My teeth are definitely straighter now... I can’t believe this happened.
