going into week 11 . 2nd week of Phase 6!

So far i notice a huge difference. They had to shave in between a couple of my front teeth to make room for the bucky top ones to lay down. It felt so weird! I had a filling & i think the shaving made it vunerable again because i’m sensitive to cold/hot. Going to make a dentist appointment just incase . Other than that everything’s going great & i have no regrets.

week 4 one month in
they put little buttons on my two front teeth to help push them down
the only thing is now it’s such a pain to get my retainer off ???? lol! but other than that the progress from day 1 to now is very noticeable !

Did your tongue get used to the retainer? I'm only on 2 weeks but I feel like it still gets irritated from rubbing against the edge of the top one.
yes it did week 1 . After a super painful 3 days it finally got used to it.

the first two days of the second tray my teeth were very tight but loosened up quicker. now it just feels like i’m wearing a retainer . i can see results already, i’m impressed !

Thank you SOOOO much for these posts. I got my Clearcorrect yesterday, and it's the end of day two and if my tongue could cry, it would. However, your posts help me see the light at the end of the tunnel! I appreciate this so much!
you’re soo welcome!!! girl i feel you i was not ready for the raw feeling in my mouth , but it passed and hasn’t felt like that since
I just got my second trays and it’s ouch all over again. In a way it’s more painful but I guess because my mouth is used to them, it’s slightly easier to handle! Thanks again for the pu!
