Treatments themselves were excellent but the care coordination is poor

Most of my treatment- clear and Brilliant, Fractora, Aerolase, and PRP, was done by Neisha Crofffitt PA-C and she is excellent. Dr. Emer did the TCA Cross. The treatments themselves were excellent but the care coordination is quite poor and it dampened my experience. I had requested my post-treatment plan weeks before my procedure and I received a list of products that I purchased in readiness for the procedure. However, on the day of treatment, the post-treatment products contained other items which I then had to order and ship as I had no check-in luggage. These items arrived 2 weeks after the treatment and so I wasn't able to use them as instructed. I have been assigned a treatment coordinator now. I will get in touch with her before my follow-up treatment and hopefully, will have a better experience next time.
