Ruined my Skin

I was recommended clear abs brilliant by the Dermatologist when I asked what kinds of treatments I could do to assist with aging. I had crows feet and she injected Botox but I asked what lease I could do to help with fine lines. She said micro needling or clear and brilliant and I chose Clear and brilliant because of less down time. She said it would help with fine lines and pore size. After I paid for 4 treatments that day, and received my first treatment, I asked the lady what benefits I would receive from the treatment and she said my sun damage. Although I needed that, it wasn’t what I was looking for. I continued the treatments and after the third, my skin never recovered. It had constant break outs and my skin looks like I have pin holes all throughout and like sand paper around my mouth and chin and looks pitted in areas. I had her look at my skin and she said the laser does not cause breakouts (contrary to other research I’ve done) and my skin is not like that from the laser and I would be OK to proceed with my last treatment. I decided to do a chemical peel for my last treatment instead. Although my sun damage is near gone, I have no idea if and when my skin will recover from the damage the laser caused and I would have never done it if I would have know it could do this.
