I ordered my trays during a Black Friday sale Nov 30th, 2018 and received my impression kit within a week.

I had a dental visit and made sure my gums, teeth and roots were ok. Isn’t dentist doesn’t believe in do it yourself dentistry but he will monitor me.

Impression putty is different from real putty and I used the wrong tray at first. The open bottom tray is actually for the bottom so you have room for your tongue but it’s easy to get mixed up when you’re in a hurry.

I was a little irritated when I couldn’t get ahold of customer service to see if they’d accept my trays with a missing impression due to them not being open on the weekends, but they responded to me mid-Monday morning. They accepted my first impressions.

They also send you a link to submit your dental history and pictures of your mouth, don’t sent it to the text number.

12/20/19 I received a preview of what my teeth should look like when I’m done with treatment. I have a 12 tray, 6 month program. It’s not as in depth as the SDC preview.

Since I paid the full price in advance they automatically start working on your aligners if you don’t respond within 24 hours.

I received my aligner 1-7-19 am currently on my first set. They fit well and are comfortable. They are MTA Clear aligners from Dentsply. So far so good.

I have created what I call a go to kit. Chewies to seat my aligners. Denture powder cleaner with a denture tray and brush, fluoride mouth rinse, a travel tooth brush, floss and sugar free mints. I also purchased an aligner massaging device from eBay for $78 called OrthoRush and use it twice a day for 10 minutes.

My 3rd top tray broke a few days after wearing it so they told me to start the 4th one for 4 weeks. It was kinda difficult because the trays get yucky after a few weeks. I’m not really sure if there is much change. I’m on tray 5 now.

There aren’t a lot of reviews for this product online and it seems like everyone who starts a review never finishes one.

I remember something in the clause that refinements are like $300 extra if needed in the end.

I’m not noticing much of a difference but they did say that the revision is free if my teeth don’t look like the predicted photo.

However, a week after starting treatment I started getting sore throats and my thyroid went wonky so I’m sorta wondering if it’s related because nothing else changed. It would be nice to know what these trays are made of.
