The top is now
The top photo is now and the bottom 6 months ago. I think my upper right actually looks worse now. Eek. I sure hope these revisions fix this. Ugh- what a headache. This review used to be searchable but it’s kind interesting to see that they’ve used it to push it to the back of the search results and I haven’t received any surveys for user feedback since.
They corrected the issue
I just hope these refinements work better. The customer service is nice but it makes me wonder how they are treating other customers. I haven’t seen many real reviews online for this site, most of the ones I was looking for were never completed.
My last tray broke and my retainers don’t fit.
I’m not very happy with this service so far. My last tray cracked, the retainer doesn’t fit either. My teeth do not look like the predicted photo either. I was told refinements would be free but now they’re trying to send me a charge of $200.
