Yes he did use grafts. I was consented for ear cartilage +/- rib cartilage. When I woke up I had markings over my ear and rib to pin point the ares of harvest- but in the end, by some miracle I had enough of my own nose cartilage to be re-used and didn't need my ear or rib touched!
I am completely over the moon. It shows that in the right hands you can achieve what I believed previously was the unachievable

Congratulations on a successful Rhinoplasty Revision. Dr. Pendram Imani, did a wonderful job on your nose, it looks so natural. I'm blown away by your results, no one will ever know you got work done. I'm sorry to hear that the first two Rhinoplasty procedures weren't a success. Great result! So glad you’re happy. I had revision rhino with Dr Hansen 4 1/2 weeks ago. I’ve still got considerable swelling across bridge and bulbous - well at least I hope it’s swelling. Can you tell me how long the majority of your swelling took to dissipate post revision op? I’ve read it can take longer second time. Your advice much appreciated and thanks for sharing!
