How quickly time flies when you’re having fun. Cannot believe that it’s already been 2 months. I am so so so happy with my decision and my results!
I am a total idiot though and fell off the wagon and had a pretty terrible couple of weeks of eating and put on a bit of weight. Very noticeable in my face, legs and boobs, not so much in my stomach. I’m back on track now though and am almost back to where I was. This has been helped by my ability to exercise now! I’m so glad to be able to work out again. Pre surgery I was doing a lot of boot camp style training and so far I’ve only stuck to jogging, but I did a 5km parkrun on the weekend and no dramas at all! I wear my binder for my runs though and don’t think I’d want to without it just yet. I’ve signed up for a gym fitness class membership which I’ve marked to start in a fortnight; I figure by then I’ll be good to do burpees and planks and those fun things again. I’ll start doing doing a few of those kinds of exercises myself in the next couple of weeks to ease back into it.
Here are a few pics from the last couple of weeks for those playing along at home! I’m very excited to be wearing size AU 10 jeans now - 14 used to be my “skinny” jeans. I’ve even bought a couple of size 8 dresses. The only downside is that almost none of my old clothes fit me anymore!! But it’s a good problem to have so I’m not complaining. It’s just a shame since I’m broke after paying for the surgery lol
No regrets.

You look amazing!
Thank you :) My surgeon did an amazing job. I’ll have to take pics of my scar next time I’m showering. I’m still wearing silicon tape and the compression garment so it’s a pain to strip off just for pics!
You look wonderful! Congratulations

Retraction on the uneven butt thing!

I wish there was an option to delete or edit previous updates. I should have checked out my before photos before posting about my lopsided arse. Turns out it’s always been that way, and not only that, it was significantly more uneven pre-op! How the hell did I never notice that before?
Also, the order of my photos changes when I upload so apologies when pics don’t flow right. Not sure why that’s the case.
Anyway, here’s a comparison shot. I showed my mother and apparently the uneven arse has been inherited from my father! There ya go eh? The things you learn...

Either way, you look amazing!
You look amazing. You are about two weeks ahead of me. I'm curious to know how you are doing and your look like now. It so give me something to look forward too:)
Aww thank you. I had a bit of a stumble with my diet so gained a bit of weight which I could kick myself for. I’m back on track now and started exercising last week for the first time. I’ve gone for 4 runs now with no dramas. I’ll do another update soon but I’m so happy with my results. I’m wearing au size 10 jeans now - was in a 14 pre-op. If my thighs weren’t so big I’d probably not be far off an 8. I just had a squiz at your review and it looks like you’re doing fabulously!

Recovery is going great. I think my scar is looking fantastic already. Here are some progress pics from the past week and a half.

Only one thing that I’m slightly worried about. My butt is uneven! One side is amazing, one side is quite droopy in comparison. I’m not too fussed on how I look naked but when I wear underwear it creates an odd roll. At the moment I’m in the compression garment so it’s no bother but I hope that it’s not something that shows through tights once everything has healed.
