How I got a quote within a week
When sending an email to Dra Duran at hilarioplasticsurg@gmail.com, please include 4 nude pics of left, right, back, & front of yourself with your face marked out of the pics to speed up the process of getting a quote. You will not be able to get a quote w/o pics unless you are a previous patient I believe.

As soon as the recording start playing, type in the ext 212
I usually call between 6am -7am or after 3pm EST however you may have to keep calling to get thru...be persistent bc eventually they will answer. They may answer in Spanish, but once you start talking they will start speaking English or put you hold and get an English speaking assistant. Once you get Duran’s assistant she will ask you your email address & then she will tell you that you will receive a quote in the next few hours or maybe 24hrs. Please make sure

If you don't get a quote back within 24hrs...call bk...Persistence is KEY!

Once you finally receive your quote, you will send the deposit via Moneygram (home delivery option only). Once you send deposit...take a pic & attach to that same quote email & forward bk to Duran...You will then call Duran office at the number above to select an available date...once she confirm that the deposit information is correct...she will send you a calendar appt for your surgery while you're on the phone or shortly after...make sure you accept the calendar date bc that's how they keep track of her surgeries.

If you don’t have international calling on your phone, you can purchase an international calling card or download an app I personally used called WiCall in the Play Store …I loaded $5.00 and it’s like .26c per call…Really easy to use. Must have 3G or higher or WIFI to use.
