New beginnings’ - trying to make every day better than the days before. After a experiencing a major loss , decided to stop talking about making changes and started doing it. So, far it seems worth it , removed 8lbs of fat. However, I was not prepared for the pain – and I have had a C-section. Even with all the swelling and bandages , the stomach looks 100% better, apron is gone. I look forward to the pain, and burning subsiding and start seeing the true results.

Yes, I love his compassion and that he is attentive. At this point I'm 5 days post op , and emailed several questions - his replies are timely . Good luck ... I have no regrets!

That's great!! I'm heading down to Cincy after work today (I live in Lima). Surgery is tomorrow morning at 9. I am a nervous wreck.

That's great! I'll be praying for you and wish you well. I was anxious as well. I couldn't sleep and cleaned like crazy, nesting as if I was preggers. Thank goodness there's no chance of that. If you can't sleep, visit the site and share your thoughts someone is usually always up and can help ease your mind. Take it easy and again I wish you all the best!

Hi! Sorry for your loss and at the same time I'm glad that it motivates you. Yes that burning sensation is real. I have yet to look at my incision. I figure I'll just wait until I go to my post-opt appt tomorrow.

Thank you . I've seen pre op side shots of my tummy and the fact that my stomach is no longer resting on my thighs is exciting. Everyday I'm feeling better - here's to our speedy recovery and fabulous 40's. Congratulation, I look forward to reading about your progress .
