Well, I did it!! This morning I had an full tummy tuck with lipo on the flanks. I was SO nervous, and definitely did done stress eating this week. I'm 5'2", 165 lbs. I eat pretty healthy, and exercise 3-5/week. (HIIT and yoga). I tried PT, and went no grain no add sugar last year. That was crazy, I got down to 145, but was miserable, and still had a pregnancy looking bump below my breast. I was ticked! So I started researching tummy tucks. I've had 2 c sections with big babies, who are now 7 and 4. This mom wants to feel good in her skin again!

How you feelin? Do you have an after pic? I’m about the same stats as you and 2 c-sections also.

I just added a 6 day update. I feel pretty good! I'm really swollen, and was told to slow down. Pics are good, especially considering how swollen I was today. So far I'm really pleased with my decision.

Day 4 pain and gas

The past 3 days have been really rough. I'm not gonna lie. I've definitely had more moments questioning why I did this to myself. Last night I couldn't sleep because I was so constipated. I eve asked my husband to give me an enema.
I'm hoping to lower my pain meds today. And hopefully eat more than a few crackers.

Day 4, emotional rollercoaster

Today is the 4 day post op. The pain is ok, but I still need the percocet. I'm taking it every 6 hours instead of 4. The local numbing agent was removed, and my nurse said this may be a harder day. I walked a bit more, and felt woozy afterwards. But the walk was definitely good for my back.

The hardest thing about today was the emotional rollercoaster of watching my family from the outside. Having all 4 grandparents and my husband taking care of the kids and the running of the household is amazing, and I'm SO grateful, but its strange, and kind of sad.

I'm also having terrifying visions of wearing a two piece this summer and laughing and having my muscles split open and my abdominal wall come crashing back out. Shudder!!
