I saw my doc today. He said I can start massaging my scars now. He said that I can use any lotion that I want. He said that its the gentle rubbing that breaks down the scars. He also said that I didn't have to wear the wrap or the CG anymore! I am so happy! I'll probably wear one of them when I sleep or go for a walk. I'm just happy I don't have to mess with it at work anymore!

Today was my 2 week appt. I finally got my 2nd drain out! It is so nice to be "leash free!" I took some pictures tonight. I am swollen but I still look much better than before :) The marks on my stomach near my belly button is from the tape holding on the BB band aid.
1 Week Down!
So far so good! My recovery has gone pretty smoothly. I am down to 1 drain and the only pain I have is in my back from being hunched over. I can't wait to get the 2nd drain out! I am working on slowly standing up straight. I think once I can do that life will be much better. I am still sleeping in my recliner since lying flat is still impossible. I'm getting there! I'll post new pictures after the drain is out....Hopefully Monday!
