How are you feeling??
I'm just feeling tight the drain incisions are very sensitive I don't take the percocet anymore heating pad and a lot of ice packs I got from work are very helpful I also purchased a recliner I slept in it for the 3 days but lady night I slept on my couch I get up every hour and walk around and do my breathing exercises. I can't wait to have the drains out
Just take it easy and don't overdo it like Ive done at times. Your body will let you know. and Congrats for making and doing this big life changing decision! I love it. Can't wait to see your results. I'm 3 weeks p/o and I already wish it were 3 months so this swell hell can to away for just a little bit. no luck yet. The hubby swears he can see a big change already despite the swelling and places that I see and he's always talking about wanting to jump my bones! Guess that's a good thing lol. Swell hell but I'm patient

So I had my surgery February 5th it wasn't painful just super tight I have a pain pump that came out today any questions please ask

Thanks for checking on me and I'm feeling OK the ice packs and heating pad helps a lot. My incision were my drains are is so sensitive and where the liposuction is is also tender but other than that I'm OK I get walk every hour use my incentive Spiro meter and other wise re l ax and enjoy being off work for a month
