For years I wondered what it would be like to not be self-conscious about my appearance - in fact, most of my adult life. Finally, at age 55 I decided I'd had enough and decided to do something about it.
While I wish I had had the rhinoplasty procedure much sooner, I would advise others that it is never too late to choose to feel good about yourself - to make positive changes.
Having the rhinoplasty dramatically improved my self esteem. I no longer feel self conscious, I feel more confident - it may sound silly, but this single surgery was a real life changing experience - all for the better!

One year post-op. Best decision I ever made...thanks, Dr. Mendelsohn.
My rhinoplasty was performed on 4/8/15 - had my final follow up appointment with Dr. Mendelsohn this afternoon. I will post a few more photos tomorrow; hard to believe it's been a year since the surgery. Dr. Mendelsohn delivered exactly what he said he would - I couldn't be more satisfied. If you are considering rhinoplasty (or any other cosmetic procedure) I highly recommend you see Dr. Mendelsohn - you will not find a more talented surgeon.

One year anniversary
Hard to believe a year has passed since my rhinoplasty. Thanks again, Dr. Mendelsohn and staff. You've no idea how much I appreciate what you did for me.

It would be great if you could give us a little more detail about your experience, like why you had the surgery, your tips for getting good results, pros/cons, and info on the recovery process.
