Dr. Mendelsohn was not the first or only surgeon I consulted, but after meeting with him the choice was easy. The entire staff is top - tier; every detail is attended to from start to finish. I knew exactly what my surgical procedure would involve, what to expect pre and post- operatively - there were no questions unanswered. The procedure itself was completely without complication despite the fact I had a whole lot of nose to be worked on. I experienced no significant pain post operatively, and did not require medications that were provided for pain control. There was virtually no swelling or discoloration post operatively. I am enormously pleased with the outcome of the procedure - it is exactly what I wanted and expected. There was no downside to this procedure in my experience. This is the place to go for cosmetic surgery or rhinoplasty.

I have to say i am amazed at your result. Your result is so subtle and you nose still gives your character. Your Dr did not scoop out your nose but kept it strong and straight, you don't want to know how many people (incl men) want the same result but come out with a completely different scooped out nose..consider your self very lucky
Thanks very much for the kind observation and comment. Dr. Mendelsohn did precisely what I asked for - rid my nose of the hump and downward tip while not making significant changes in overall proportion. I didn't want to LOOK as though I'd had surgery. I am exceedingly happy with the outcome.

I believe all he did was raise it up a bit.

One year anniversary

Hard to believe a year has passed since my rhinoplasty. Thanks again, Dr. Mendelsohn and staff. You've no idea how much I appreciate what you did for me.

One year post-op. Best decision I ever made...thanks, Dr. Mendelsohn.

My rhinoplasty was performed on 4/8/15 - had my final follow up appointment with Dr. Mendelsohn this afternoon. I will post a few more photos tomorrow; hard to believe it's been a year since the surgery. Dr. Mendelsohn delivered exactly what he said he would - I couldn't be more satisfied. If you are considering rhinoplasty (or any other cosmetic procedure) I highly recommend you see Dr. Mendelsohn - you will not find a more talented surgeon.
