I am terribly sorry that your filler treatment created bruising. As you are aware, this is one of the few risks associated with fillers - particularly in this region. As we discussed prior to the treatment, one the main reasons we love these products so much is that we are able to adjust them easily after the treatment and in the unusual circumstance that a patient wants these hyaluronic acid fillers removed, they can instantly be reversed. Our typical policy is to set up a 2 week followup appointment at which time we evaluate the treatment, make adjustments and take photos. Seeing as though you were only recently treated, I would invite you to take us up on this. I would also like to let you know that we are the only Black Diamond account in Cincinnati which means we perform many of these injections. In fact, we train other Doctors, Nurses and Injectors in North America on the proper technique. I assure you that these products used in this region do more overall than even surgery. I sincerely apologize for your experience, but assure you that we can and will be happy to make adjustments if required. Thank you for your input.
