So my story is a simple one, I've never had hardly any boobs at all and I want them. Lol I have 1 son, and yes they got a lot bigger during pregnancy but I couldn't breastfeed and of course within a few weeks they went right back to the tiny ones they are now. So for about 6 or 7 months now I have been stalking this website. I love reading everyone's journeys. So I'll start mine now, I'm 5'0 120 I've put on 20 pounds the last couple years I'd like to lose 10 but that's a different topic lol I'll put all my measurements up soon and I'm still not set on a size yet. I know I'm getting silicone under the muscle I'm leaning towards somewhere around 450cc. So I went to 3 different surgeons for consults the first one was Dr. Schantz of Waldman Schantz plastic surgery in Lexington KY I really liked him he seemed knowledgeable and just a good guy. But the consultation wasn't very in depth. No measurements or sizers apparently they don't do that in many places in Lexington. So then his nurse who stands in while your showing him your boobs comes back in with the price and all that and she just seemed so pushy. She said well I chose silicone for you, umm why are you choosing anything for me? I just wasn't a big fan of her. I went to Dr. Wells in Lexington KY and I loved his nurse. She was amazing, but again no sizers he did do a few measurements and told me what he thought would be my best size to achieve my goals. Which was 533cc but unfortunately I just did not like Dr. Wells. I felt it was a complete waste of my time. So then I went to Dr. Vashi in Cincinnati OH and that's who will be performing my surgery. I can't wait but I'm super nervous. I'm not so much worried about the actual operation but the pain after and any complications that may follow. I've read several that ended up with muscle deformities or CC and so many more. I really hope the new girls turn out beautiful and with no problems. I'm very scared. My surgery date is September 15. Just a few weeks away :)

As my final post op appointment gets closer and closer (friday) I'm really starting to reconsider. I'm getting very nervous. I'm so worried things may not turn out as planned. Is this normal ladies?? I'm so torn I so badly want this done, but I'm so nervous and worried. I definitely don't want to pay for surgery on Friday and then not have it done. So I figure I have 2 days to decide :( HELP

I'm feeling the same way right now, my date is approaching and I've asked myself the following:
1) do I really want to spend so much money on myself?
2) what if my results are not what I expected?
3) what happens if there are complications?
In all reality I would think it would be abnormal to not think these things before a life changing procedure. If this is something you've thought about and have planned for why not spend the money on it. Just take time to try and only be excited and enjoy the ride. Think of all the new things you can buy and feel sexy in. I wish you a speedy recovery, and can't wait to see your fabulous results!!

YES I feel the same exact way, I know how much I want this. Just nerves I guess, I just don't want them to get the best of me lol when is your surgery date?!

Definitely normal. I didn't allow myself to think too much about it in the weeks leading up because I knew the doubts would creep in. But the night before surgery I couldn't avoid them.. those thoughts almost got the best of me! I seriously felt like I wanted to cancel last minute and I cant tell you how GLAD I am that I didn't. Luckily from reading reviews on this site, I knew that it was pretty normal to feel that way, so I tried my best to push those thoughts aside and make room for positive ones. If this is something you have been sure about for a long time, and you know you have done your home work in regards to choosing a reputable surgeon and facility, and the financial aspect doesn't put any stress on you, then there is no reason you should not go ahead with it!!
Good luck girl I'll be here for you if you ever have any questions :)

Thank you so much, I have definitely done my research and I think I've chosen a great surgeon. He not only does a lot of BA'S he does a lot of reconstructive BA'S so that makes me feel even more comfortable. He's of course board certified, graduated at the top of his class you know all those great things you look for in a surgeon lol and I've got the money for it, it won't put a strain on us at all. It's a loan, but I only have to pay $35 a month and it's very very low interest. So that's not a big deal, I have everything in place now I just have to stop being so worried lol oh and trust me I bet I will have a million questions especially after I have the surgery :) I'm so glad I found you on here, well really you found me lol

I would defiantly ask all questions you need to ask and be sure to cover all your basis ok. I do not want to scare u but I recently saw a surgical program where a ladies implants turned black because they were not cared for properly... Be sure u get them checked regularly and stuff to avoid any complications. The chance of this happening is very slim but it can happen so plz b careful. Good luck.

So I've been having a heart palpation and my cardiologist scheduled a stress test and echo for today. I found this out in Wednesday so I immediately called Pam who does the scheduling for my PS and told her about it and of course we want to make sure I'm OK and healthy before having surgery. She was very nice and helpful, you're suppose to pay in full 2 weeks prior well mine will only be 4 days prior lol I'm so glad they understand. So my test results... my echo came back great all the pictures were good. My stress test they said i passed with flying colors. They wanted my heart rate up to 170 and we got it up to 200. The cardiologist said my heart is perfectly fine. So wow what a relief. I also had a chest xray to check my lungs I haven't gotten those results yet but I'm just so glad my heart is good. Also I didn't know for the stress test I would be running on a treadmill top less lol which is why my babe put that on the card! He's so wonderful, just got me flowers for no reason. :) 11 days until I'll have boobies :)

The only thing I would tell you to be cautious about is going too big. It's much easier for short girls to look top heavy or heavier overall with large implants.. I am only 5 feet as well, I totally understand short girl problems!! I went with 400cc and occasionally feel a little top heavy and have difficulties finding certain styles of clothing/bras/bathing suits/lingerie that fit correctly. This is just my personal experience of course, the theme of this website seems to "go bigger" though lol. You could have a look at my pics to see if we have a similar build. Again good luck, hope you have a fantastic surgery experience and easy recovery!
