Provider Review
So far, so good. I had a breast augmentation five days ago. I originally went in for my consultation on February 27th, and they scheduled my breast augmentation less than two weeks later. I paid for my surgery in full during my consultation (because it was within two weeks or less). They gave me prescriptions to get filled and a few doctors orders for appts I needed to complete prior. They called to check in with me a couple times before I went in, to make sure I had completed everything needed for the surgery to take place. Went in at 1:30pm on Friday, and was out by 4pm the same day. Everyone was very nice and professional, friendly and relaxed as well. The doctor took photos of my chest the day of consultation and then again on the day of surgery, after drawing lines on my skin. He explained everything he was doing and what was to be expected, answered any questions my fiance and I had. My fiance was able to wait with me in a private waiting room until they took me back to the operating room. I was given an IV and a few other things were done. I woke up and everyone was standing around saying how beautifully it had went and how they had called my fiance and he was waiting for me outside the door. Doctor Mandell Brown explained what had happened and how smoothly everything had gone. I had the most pain the night of the surgery and the morning after. But it's been five days and the pain is relatively gone, just sore and tight feeling. Doctor Mandell Brown told my fiance to text him around 7pm the night of surgery, to let him know how I was feeling and if things were alright. We did and texted back and told us he could bring anything we thought we needed to the hotel we were in, because he was close by. I went back in the next morning, Saturday, and met with the doctor and his team again. He double checked everything and went over things again. Gave me warranty cards for both my silicone implants, and talked a little more. I have another appt scheduled for a few days from now to check everything again, and make sure everything is going smooth. I like the size, and am waiting for the breasts to 'drop' a little more and look less fake. But he explained that they absolutely will, it just takes time. I was worried about that upon seeing them when I came out of surgery. Overall, I had a good experience and think things are going well so far! Hoping things keep getting better!
