I looked into different options. Liposuction vs tummy tuck. Plastic Surgeon was confident that I would get good results with Liposuction. So far so good!! I will admit to being in pain and unable to do much around the house but everyday got better. My surgery went over on time due to having"fibrous" tissue. Which in return caused a little more pain than your usual person. It took me a few weeks to feel "normal" by week 4 I felt sensation improve dramatically.

6 week post op

I felt it was important to post a 6week post op. Not sure if there is much of an improvement from last week. I still wear long underwear spanx for comfort when at work or when working out sometimes when sleeping too! I got a Lymph massage yesterday and have been rolling my back on a firm foam roller to help with bumps. Still slightly tender to touch on certain areas. Bumps are hit or miss. More on my mid abdomen. Still working out 5-6days per week eating as healthy as possible and staying active when not at the gym.

You look great! There is significant change in the after pic.
I just got my lipo done 05/30 on my abdomen and love handle after 2 kids 2 1 with c section. I would be completely happy if I look like you at 6 weeks.
How soon did you start working out and what type of work out do you do? Your post was very helpful thank you

Thank you! It helps alot to look back and see what i looked like before. It's easy to forget. I started worked out lightly 1 week after..as time went on I was able to get to my normal workouts can't remember how long it took me to get there. I played it by ear and listened to my body. I do both cardio and weight lifting.

Hello!
Quick update. I am tender and pain free. I am however very itchy from time to time. I stopped wearing my spanx 2 weeks ago and noted that I swell a tad more in my belly area. I still have bumps and lumps on abdomen and back. MD offered reasurment since I am early post op and was fibrous (difficult) case.
