40 and fabulous
WORTH IT$5,500
I’m 40 years old, almost 41 now. I do have other filler too in my temples and mid face, but I think the fat transfer really helped my stay looking young. I think it was a huge step in positively setting me up for a future of aging better than if I had not had the procedure. I will continue to fight aging as much as I can.

Age 38 now, still better off because I got the fat transfer!
I am 38 now and I am often told I look in my 20s. I get filler once a year, small touch ups. I got sculptural in my temples 4 months ago, but I have not had any other filler for more than a year. I believe the fat transfer set me up for success, as I do not need much filler to be added as I age. It was worth it.

Thank you for keeping us informed about your facial fat transfer experience. You still appear to be very young. Your smile reflects how you feel on the inside and out, which is a wonderful feeling to have.
As I approach my 36th birthday, I believe that doing facial fat transfer conservatively and early, in order to build a good foundation of fat on the face, will set me up for success later in life. Success means different things to different people, but for me, it means feeling the same on the outside as I do on the inside, due to the fact that I still have a long way to go, and many things to accomplish in my life journey.

You look like you stopped time on aging even after 5 years went by! I hope my path will do the same. Thank you for sharing. I'll be sharing mine once I see results getting better where I feel like me, and not a swollen chipmunk with a facial bandage on.

I am 37 now
I am still happy with my fat transfer at age 37. I am "ahead of the game" with having that fat added to my face when I was 33, even though I continue to lose more fat on my face in the natural aging process. I choose to get 2- 3 syringes of filler a year ( Defyne usually), but that is pretty much just to keep maintenance of continual aging. I feel like I look young for my age, and I plan to go back to Dr. Donath one day in the far future for a face lift when I am much older. I certainly trust him.

Hi, so thankful you keep us posted! One side of my face has been losing more fat cause I sleep on it. I want to get fat transfer done by this surgeon but I'm worried about uneven Lipo results, lumps, scarring on my stomach. How are your scars and Lipo results? You look great btw.
