I had fat removed from my abdomen and transferred...
I had fat removed from my abdomen and transferred to my face and also had the excess skin removed from my neck. At 71, I was really starting to not like what greeted me in the mirror everyday. My face had seen better days and my neck, as my son so kindly told me, looked like an iguana’s throat.
Dr. Martin was able to do both procedures in his office without any anesthesia. He injected lidocaine as he move from one area to the next and I was awake and talking to I’m the entire time. It was really amazing. After three and a half hours I stepped off the table and went home.
It is now about seven weeks since the surgery and my neck has healed beautifully and my face looks about ten years younger.
