Tired of Looking Tired! - Cincinnati, OH

At 55, I had heavily hooded eyelids, a lower bleph from 10 yrs ago that needed correction plus a saggy neck and cheeks. All that equaled a tired, haggard look that made me feel tired and haggard every time I looked in the mirror. I traveled from Dayton to Cincinnati because I heard Dr. Mendelsohn was the best and I'm happy to say I found that to be absolutely true! I am 2 weeks post op as of today and although I still have some post op swelling and minor bruising, I am looking like myself, only better which is exactly what I requested. Dr. Mendelsohn and his staff are extremely kind, attentive, honest, professional...I could go on, but you get the idea. In short, they are the BEST and this was not my first experience with plastic surgery so I do have a baseline for comparison. Dr. Mendelsohn himself is very easy to talk to, explains everything thoroughly, and is kind beyond words. He called me 2 days prior to the surgery to see how I was feeling and answer any questions. He also called me the evening after the surgery to check on me and then sent flowers after I arrived back home. He is truly a gifted surgeon who is innovative, artistic and meticulous - all traits one should seek in a PS. He also has surrounded himself with a wonderful staff and together, they make a great team! I would be happy to talk to anyone considering the procedures I had done which were the Advanced Lift, Platysmaplasty, and Upper/Lower Blepharoplasty.....yes, all at one time! I anticipated a lot of pain despite the fact that Dr. M told me to expect minimal pain. Well, he was right! I will repeat what I said to him last week with regard to the pain "I've had sunburns that hurt worse"! I don't have my before pics yet so will post before/after pics later.
