Exceptional from Beginning to End.

From beginning to end, my experience with Dr. Mendelsohn and his staff was exceptional. He called me the night before to see how I was feeling. The day of the procedure he put my mind at ease and I was no longer nervous. I decided to stay at a nearby hotel after the procedure because I wanted to wait until the bandages were removed prior to going home. Since I was unable to drive, Karen Lynch and Mickey Oehler drove me to the hotel in my car. They did not stop there. They helped me check in and escorted me to my room. They made sure I had everything I needed. They even called me later in the evening to make sure I was doing o.k. They left my car at the hotel and walked back to the office so I would have it for my morning appointment. They went above and beyond and I can't thank them enough!
