Dr. Vashi is AMAZING! I'm so grateful that I decided to drive the 2 hours from where I live to have my consultation with him. I really did my homework before I scheduled and his credentials are impeccable. I knew then he was gonna be my PS! This was my first procedure and I was very nervous. He put my mind at ease. He answered all my questions, even the weird ones. Lol surgery day was great, he really makes you feel safe and comfy. I had my surgery at chancellor and all the nurses were wonderful and the anesthesiologist. It couldn't have been better. Even after surgery he gave me his cell number incase I needed him at any time. Where I live so far away he said if I had any questions or felt something was wrong I could text him pics as well. He bends over backward for his patients. April his nurse is absolutely wonderful, I talk to her like I'm talking to a friend. She is great and made my experience even better! I really can't say enough good things about the plastic surgery group. Pam the patient care coordinater is so friendly and will work it you as much as she can. She got me the exact day I wanted surgery. I just adore all of them, and I know I will be going back to Dr.Vashi for other procedures. Oh and I've NEVER waited over 5 minutes in the waiting room to be seen. Which is a big bonus for me considering how impatient I am. So if anyone is in KY or OH or wanna travel for perfection Dr. Vashi at the Plastic Surgery Group is the BEST!
