After my third and last baby, I knew I wanted to get implants for sure. It has always been in the back of my mind but after 3 breastfed children my boobs needed help!!
I'm from Cleveland and had a few doctors in mind. Dr. Jason Leedy's face is plastered all over this website and I had high hopes with him, but not a good consultation. I was shocked that he suggested a tummy tuck and wanted to talk about the price of that as well as what I originally came for- breast augmentation. I do have an umbilical hernia and I know I can get it repaired without a tummy tuck by a general surgeon, there is zero reason for me to get a hip-to-hip scar just to fix my umbilical hernia other than to put some cash in his pocket.
After seeing a few women talk about Dr. Steven Robinson on another plastic surgery forum I decided to look him up and saw his office had a huge deal running on breast augmentation. I drove the 4 hours to his office in Cincinnati and this consultation was worlds different than my first. He knew exactly what I wanted and actually showed me what size I would need to be minimum to fill out my deflated skin. They have an entire cart of each size of implant so you can get a real idea. At my other consult I believe they had maybe 3 different anatomical shaped sizers which didn't give an accurate representation of size, in my opinion. Also I do not believe the Vectra imaging system is accurate, but maybe that was just my experience. I have done my research and knew the crease incision is best for placement, also good for me as it does not cut through mammary glands. I knew I wanted high profile and under the muscle and those were all my surgeons choices as well. I am only 1 month post OP and have great results so far, even though they may "drop and fluff" quite a bit more!

We have pretty much the same breasts prior to your surgery. I also am a mom of 3 breastfed babies. My consultation is in 1 week

They are settling pretty well and seem to slightly change shape depending on what kind of bra I use ( or don't use)

I don't know why he was suggesting a tummy tuck - or rather I do, but not for the right reasons.
Results are looking great!

Omg they look beautiful... mine are similar, I breastfed 2 children and my doctor suggested breast lift. Although he said I may be happy with just implant. My breast wetter beautiful 5 months ago while breastfeeding and i think implant alone will be enough lol. I said all that to ask did tgey ever suggest lift to you?

Going into my surgery I knew I didn't want a lift. I do some modeling so I cannot have he scars that come with it. My dr showed me I would just need enough volume from the implants to fill out my skin again. Maybe years down the road I will have to revisit the idea of a lift if these really start to sag but I really like them for now!!
Your results are looking good.
