Seeing some improvement on lefty, so that's exciting. Still smaller, less fluffed, and not dropping as quickly as the right side.
My incisions look pretty good so far, and are mostly flat except some bumps on the edges.

I think your "girls" look great for only 2 wks post op! What a difference! Your before size is pretty much (maybe a tad larger) that what I was 25 yrs ago when I first got my BA. Now I am going in for a Revision on 8/14. I am getting about the same size as you, maybe 360 or 400 cc. Glad your recovery is going well, and that your incisions are healing nicely too!

1 week (and a half) Post Op Appt
Had my one week post op today! My doctor says that my right implant is dropping pretty well and looks excellent. Lefty, however, is still rising pretty high.
My left breast is narrower so he said it will take a little bit longer for it to settle. He want me to push down with A LOT of pressure (ouchy) at the top of my implant so it drops and expands into my left breast crease. He has me doing this 3-4 times a day for ten minutes each.
I'm still not allowed to wear a bra ... :( He doesn't want a bra to keep my lefty pushed up.
I got my stitches out, relief! I'm to clean them with hydrogen peroxide 3 times a day, and then put bacitracin on them, no dressings.
So far, my main concern is how high lefty is. My doctor said I'd after a year it still doesn't settle right, the revision surgery is on his dime. I think it will settle just fine after massages.

I chose 350cc sientra shaped textured round implants and know im wondering if its too small but originally i only wanted 300cc so I already went up alot! Lol.
What kind of implants did you get?
And how are you feeling about size now?
The boob greed is real ALL over this site lol so if you have any advice i would appreciate it! My surgery is september 9th and im counting the days away lol.
