10 years ago i lost 130 lbs. The hanging skin on my belly was nauseating to me. After dreamming about a flat tummy for 50 yrs i decided to cash in my 401 and have a body lift and tummy tuck. Only once since the day of surgery have I question my choice. So very glad I did this. Never ever have I had a flat tummy. I do now. I have some very minor healing issues. Not any other issues at all
