Dr. Mandell and his staff are top notch professionals. I have had liposuction done in his office prior to my breast augmentation and i can promise you, you won't find a nicer, more qualified bunch of professionals. I wouldn't dare go anywhere else for my procedures and I say this, even when I have to drive 3 hours to his office because i live in kentucky. But i can assure you, the three hours are worth it when you experience the quality of care and the most friendly staff i have ever encountered in a dr. office. As for my procedures, I couldn't be happier! I went from a small B to a 38 D and they look fabulous. So natural, so soft and the surgery and recovery were painless. My previous surgery back in 2011 was liposuction and it turned out just as nicely, with no pain and quick recovery! If your looking for a reputable, qualified, caring dr., Dr Mandell is the man you need to see, you won't be disappointed!

I, too, am traveling 3 hours just to have Dr. Mandell-Brown perform my surgery. You are exactly right! His personality, his talent, all of it! I’m 20 days away from surgery and I cannot WAIT!!

After breast feeding two little ones, my breast...

After breast feeding two little ones, my breast were pretty much non-exsistent. They had lost all their volume and on top of that were just so tiny. So when I opted for a breast augmentation, I couldn't have picked a better plastic surgery center than Dr. Mandell Brown's office in Cincinnati Ohio. Now after my surgery im a beautiful full 38D and they look absolutely perfect and natural.

It's awesome to hear you are thrilled with your results! Did you opt for Saline or Silicone implants?
I got saline implants 500cc on one side and then 540cc on the other because it had less volume because of breastfeeding.
Oh yes, that is very common for women to permanently loose volume in due to breast feeding. Would you mind updating your review with that information because I think it would be very valuable for other people and will eventually get lost in the comments :)
