I lost 5 cm and I am still seeing results!!!
If you are looking for a vacation and you have time to do coolsculpting, think about coming to Costa Rica. My 2nd procedure was $180 because I referred two people! Dr Avail is amazing and I saw results after my first visit, and I just went two days ago for my 2nd! I did it in the same areas (abs and back). I am a little bruised and swollen but they reccommended Arnica for the bruising. I will let you know in a few weeks what my final results are!
3 weeks after the procedure
I can see a little bit of changes from the front. I noticed it this morning in the mirror. Its VERY minor but I still saw a little change. I am anxious to see what the scale says that I lost in fat when I go back next week. I will keep you posted. I most likely will do another procedure.
2 days after the procedure
I have not seen any results yet, but I was not expecting to with the research that I have done. I am have an appointment in 4 weeks to see my progress. Thank you for the kind responses. I like the body God gave me, but I have been working hard for a flat stomach. We will see if this helps. I was up at 7 the next morning riding horses. It was not uncomfortable at all, just when you press hard on it. There is some bruising, yes, but I am thinking it will go away within a week or so. I am back at work (teaching) and I do not feel any pain at all. It just looks like I was kicked in the stomach. I will post pictures up soon.
