WORTH IT
I don't know how anyone can possibly have a bad comment to make about Dr. Luis Pavajeau. I went for a consultation for a rhinoplasty and Breast augmentation and Dr. Pavajeau answered all my questions and concerns I had about the procedure. He came highly recommended, and I was very impressed with his background, experience, qualifications, and awards. ( He has won more awards than any other plastic surgeon in Colombia) His very professional staff made me feel very comfortable and relaxed before and after the surgery. They are the most professional and the most friendly staff I have ever encountered. They are welcoming and go above and beyond their duties. Yes, Dr. Pavajeau is the expert on what that should be and not us. Our expectations at times may be unrealistic. But having said that, I did get my time to voice my expectations and concerns and every single time I spoke to Dr. Pavajeau the conversation always ended with "any questions?" I was completely confident in his expertise and explanations and I would recommend anyone to him! I would like to thank the staff, the anesthesiologist Dr. Martes, and Dr. Pavajeau for making my experience exceptional. Dr. Pavajeau gave me a real natural look and this is why I chose him. My procedure have given me lots of confidence. My experience was extraordinary !!!! Thank you Dr. Pavajeau.

This is clearly a self advertisement of D Pavajeau who messed my face, my nose and my life ! He is good in one thing : Internet marketing which costs him nothing . I'm preparing a website in Spanish and English to warn people .My unique concern is that he stops messing people lives. The majority of his clients do not afford an Internet connection and are not educated enough to defend their rights . He charged me six times the amount he charges local patients and has performed the surgery in the worse way with huge damages and pain . I have been living a nightmare all these years .I finally underwent a revision rhino in Glendale and I'm going to undergo another lifting to fix the damages he caused me . My pictures have been uploaded and three doctors gave their opinions. Pictures speak about themselves .

I went over to your review and saw what he did to you. it's a shame when a person with a doctorates degree doesn't admit fault.
I'm in the same boat as you, i had a septorhinoplasty and buccal fat removal done with Dr. Jorge Alberto Espinosa Reyes from Plastica Colombia. He took way too much fat from the buccal area and didn't do such a great job with the septo-rhino. I have a sunken look to my jaw/cheek area, i hate it. Hope you keep us updated on your journey in finding a solution.
Do you think there is a way to sue them?

Thanks for sharing your experience with Real self-Community. Patients with positive and excellent results almost never post their positive comments. And patients with bad outcome have a big tendency to publish. All PS have lots of good results and a small group of patients with a result that was not with the patient and the PS wanted, mainly due to individual healing process. Most of patients with a not perfect result , usually go back to the Plastic Surgeon and generally things can be fixed or improved. Plastic Surgeons always want the best outcome. A small revision surgery, or maybe a complete revision always fixes everything. What a Plastic Surgeon cannot fix is the patient that has a Dimorphic syndrome : patient always looks unsatisfied with any outcome. Thanks for posting!!

You are extremely lucky that your procedure went so well. The fotos of his work with 1 woman was disastrous. It only takes 1 huge botched surgery to have his many awards discredited. If this Dr is as ethical and trustworthy WHERE is his compassion and ethics to repair what he destroyed.... I definitely would Never step foot in his office. Gumboangie
