Feeling 100% back to normal now!
Back to all my normal activities and even managed a leg work out at th gym today
Tiny bit stiff but no problems at all.
My swelling is starting to go down and I can see my new shape! I’m so so so happy
Was 100000% worth every penny

Day 6
Today I feel super tired and I had some really painful nerve pain last night triggering from my hip!
I’m wanting to get into the gym today to train back and start riding the bike to get some movement back into my legs a bit more. For my job I stand so I did 6 hours yesterday and I have 6 today.
I’m due for my stiches taken our end of this week. ????????

Day 5
Today I’m feeling a little less stiff and I’ve gone back to work and upper body weights in the gym.
I’m not so happy with how I’m looking though I’m very swolen and look much the same as when I went in. I’m really hoping that my recovery may be relatively fast and that they swelling goes down soon so I can see what my new shape truly looks like
