Board Certified Plastic Surgeon

Overall rating

Dr Cho is an excellent plastic surgeon. He has a wonderful bedside manner as he is kind, considerate, a great listener, has a sense of humor and is an over all lovely man. I saw him for two procedures. The first procedure was lip filler. I was very pleased! I have so many compliments. One of my friends took a picture of my filled lips because she had lip filler done by another plastic surgeon but was not pleased with her results. She said, "I want your lips" I also saw Dr Cho for an eye lid surgery consult because my eye lids were beginning to hood and I could no longer wear mascara. I looked tired and older. I have almond shaped eyes which are small anyway. I didn't want to change the shape. I wanted my eyes more to look open. I wanted to look less old and tired too. Right away Dr Cho said my brows had fallen and now sat on my mandibles and that I didn't need eye lid lift surgery. He said what I needed was a brow lift. I asked him if he could also "fix" my eye lids anyway, and he said, at this time, I didn't need that work and I'd be wasting my money. I know there are doctors out there that will do what you want whether you need the work or not because more work generates more income. Not so with Dr Cho. I loved his honesty. I also asked about the bags under my eyes. He said I didn't have bags. I have puffy eyes. He explained where bags start and and showed me the difference. He suggested I see my Allergist. I did and my medicine was adjusted. I also learned that my thyroid disorder can cause puffy eyes. My eyes are puffy because I'm holding fluid. Some days my puffy eyes are worse than others, but I dont need surgery. More money saved. The second procedure Dr Cho performed was a coronal brow lift. Dr Cho has a true passion and enthusiasm for his work. He was just as excited as I was to do my procedure. I will never forget his genuine excitement the day of my preposterous and the morning of the surgery! His excitement is contagious and it gave me not only additional confidence in his skill but the extra confidence I needed to go through with the procedure. I am very happy with the results. People tell me I look "great" or "fabulous". To me, I look refreshed, eyes opened, not tired, and a little younger. Dr Cho has a photogenic memory. During the preposterous he carefully studied my face. They morning of surgery he spent a few minutes again assessing my forehead. Coronal brow lifts can be especially challenging especially when working with skin that has little elasticity like my skin. He has a very intuitive artistic gift too which I think the best plastic surgeons need in addition to their medical skill. Dr Cho has received two awards that I know of; one happens to be related to artistic talent and one related to patient safety. Need I say more about why anyone looking for plastic surgery should see Dr David Cho for a consult? I don't think so but I will say one more thing. Dr Cho is the surgeon I trust and will see him again if I need another procedure.
