How did the front view turn out? I had a very minor chin reduction (bone only) but I was left with some extra tissue on the chin pad. I am considering having him reduce the chin pad (soft tissue only). But am curious about the front view of a submental tuck procedure. Everything i see online is the profile only. Thanks

Almost 5 months post op

It’s been almost 5 months after the surgery, and I’m so pleased with the results. I think Dr. Eppley took off just enough so that it is improved my profile, but wasn’t obvious. The scar is healing, still slightly visible (only when looking for it) and there are “dog ears” on the ends that are very very slight. Going to wait until 6 months then contact Dr. Eppley about it if I can still notice it.

Doesn't look like dog ears to me it's a neat short scar. Looks nice
Thank you! The more I looked at it it’s actually a bit of the chin cleft that was throwing off the shape, the scar is healing great!

Almost 7 weeks post op

Comparison before and after. I’m loving my new chin and I’m so happy I went with Dr. Eppley for this surgery.

Do you mind doing a 12 weeks update I'm interested in this surgery. But I will tell him to contour my bone to remove the cleft rather than fat injection as I'm worried about injecting fat might migrate or something.
