Haircut to celebrate new jawline
WORTH IT$3,001
Donated 15 inches of hair and showing off my new jawline! I still have the hard spots under the chin, but doctor’s assistant said it is totally normal for this procedure. It could take up to three months for them to dissipate. Massage may help them go down quicker, but it is a just part of the healing process.

Healing well
One week post and all the bruising is gone and the two tiny incisions have healed up. I go to my follow up this afternoon. I’m pleased with the results because I had reasonable expectations going into it at 37 years old. My only concern is a spot in the middle right under my chin that developed a hardened (possibly fibrous) area. I’ll ask the doctor about it today.

Day 3 Swelling
I’ve always heard that day three is the worst, so here it is. Slightly bruised and very swollen. Still no pain unless I push on it.
I have been wearing the compression garment 24/7, but I woke up in the middle of the night and found it next to me...I must have taken it off in my sleep.
