Totally Changed my Profile!

For years I fluctuated weight and wasn’t taking care of myself. After losing the weight I had gained I finally started addressing the issues that had plagued me — it started with my breast reduction in December of 2020 by Dr. Holt. It was such an amazing experience I decided to ask about chin liposuction and the process was great from start to finish. I went under anesthesia as I also had a small scar revision done at the same time. I’m 9 days post op now and can honestly say I’m over the moon thrilled! Swelling was only bad the first day and I’ve been taking arnica and doing lymphatic massage to keep the bruising and lumpiness down.

So far so good! I had some fibrosis and lumps form about 10 days post op and I’ve been massaging them 2-3 days a day and it’s helped immensely. I still get stiffness in the neck muscle after a full day of not wearing compression but I’m only wearing it to sleep now and have been told I can stop this week.

12 weeks post op and i could not be happier with my results. 99% of all my lumps and tightness are gone. I’m getting the feeling back in the small numb area I had under my chin, I expect it to fully come back in the next few weeks. Keep massaging!! Massaging is truly the one thing that has helped with my swelling and lumps post lipo.
